Our use of social media creates a disconnection in our lives – from our selves, from our bodies, from our relationships and from our businesses.

We’re over stimulated in only a few of our senses failing to acknowledge the other skills we embody that help us interpret, navigate and create in the world.

As a result we’re left feeling less than, insecure, anxious and exhausted creating self doubt, low self esteem, procrastination, self sabotage and a lack of confidence not to mention the state of overwhelm our bodies experience as a result of being in a persistent state of fight or flight leading to burn out, exhaustion, disconnection and a lack of energy for the joy in our lives.

Over my decade in business I’ve worked with over 4,500 business owners.

The majority of women I have spoken and worked with over the past year report being aware that they have experienced insecurities – long and short term – from working online.

They also express feeling fed up with social media, the noise, confusion and overwhelm it produces and the advertising and hard sell of rigid coaching strategies.

Yet we’re taught that if we really want a life of freedom we have to hustle even though the sheer energy of hustle is rooted in lack, in scarcity, in desperation and force all of which only serve to produce barriers to the results we desire.

So isn’t it high time we explored other options that hold us safely away from burn out and move us steadily into living and working in the way that we want to – the way that we set out to achieve when we started our businesses?

Over the past two years I’ve dedicated my life to finding out how we can feel more connected, more joyful, feel more belonging, energy and creativity in our bodies and throughout our souls – whilst also cultivating the reflection of that success in our businesses.

Gather co. is the result. A solution to the chaos and a way to get back home to being ourselves, in sovereignty, in a world that is constantly pulling us in the other direction. A way to live and work that helps you build confidence and trust in yourself and the direction of your business.

Because your enjoyment of your life matters today not just one day when you reach your goals.

Welcome and thank you for joining me on this journey.
